Free Certificates Review

Share Your Certificates With Us

There are many reasons why you may want to verify the validity of your certifications (EAC or GOST): closure of testing laboratories, loss of accreditation by certification bodies, or internal changes within your own company. Maybe the person who handled the certificates is no longer with the company — so what do you do? We’re here at your disposal.

Completely free of charge, we offer you:

  • Validation of your current certificates: we check that the certificates you already have are genuine and still valid.
  • Regulatory update check: we verify whether there have been regulatory changes in your sector and ensure your certificates remain compliant.
  • Guidance on renewal: we provide advice on how and when to renew your certificates so you avoid issues at Customs or with your clients.

But Please Before Read This Carefully

If you would like us to verify your certificates, please note the following:

❌ We will not reply to emails sent from Gmail or similar providers. If you do not have a corporate email address, or do not wish to share it with us, we will not be able to help you.

❌ We do not verify any type of fuel-related certificates (gasoline, diesel, unrefined fuels, etc.). Regardless of how these documents are named, they fall outside our scope and we cannot confirm whether they are genuine or fake.

⌛ If you are interested in receiving a quotation, please note that we will most likely need additional technical documentation about the product. Not all relevant technical data appear in the certificates, and regulations—as well as their interpretation—evolve over the years.

What if I have an Oil Certificate to check?

We are sorry, but we cannot help you.

Still, here are a few tips:

  1. Search online for all the key details on the certificate: the name of the laboratory and the certification body. Visit their official websites and contact them directly to confirm the authenticity of the document.
  2. If you can’t find anything by name, try using the accreditation number to search online. Make sure you reproduce it exactly, using Cyrillic characters.
  3. Use Yandex as a search engine, since it often provides better results for Russian-language sources.

OK? If you agree with the above, let’s move forward!

Write us an email at certificates [at] gost-standard [dot] com and attach your certificates.
